The first floor of the house has a kitchen, a spacious twin bedroom, a toilet, and a shower room. On the second floor, there are a sofa bed and a single bed in one room, in the other room a double bed and an armchair bed.

The kitchen includes everything you need: stove, refrigerator, kettle, sink, dishes, dining table, etc.

The house has an air source heat pump, TV, and free WiFi.

The spacious terrace in front of the house overlooks the lake, has dining and barbecue facilities. Within walking distance (approx. 300 m) there is a beach, a children's playground, a beach volleyball court, a sauna, and a tennis court.
